Steven oversees the Accounting and Tax function which includes dedicated teams for Adams Street’s management companies and its funds. Collectively, these teams are responsible for the accounting, reporting, and administration of all Adams Street’s management companies, investments, funds, and clients.
Prior to Adams Street, Steven was a Senior Financial Accountant with Golub Capital, responsible for the daily finance operations and SEC reporting of the firm, including preparing and filing periodic reports, monthly close and consolidations, and monitoring cash and leverage metrics.
Before Golub Capital, he was a Senior Audit Associate with KPMG LLP, involved in client engagements within the investment management industry, including private equity firms, mutual funds, and hedge funds.
Steven is a member of Adams Street’s Operating Committee.
