Shiva assists the Legal Team with the coordination, review, and documentation of UK and EU based managed entities, as well as assisting with compliance, regulatory and legal matters in the UK and EU.
Prior to joining Adams Street, Shiva was a Legal and Compliance Associate at Apax Partners LLP. In this role, he was the global lead on the AML/KYC program and led on a variety of other regulatory issues. His work experience also includes roles at The Blackstone Group in Luxembourg and Goldman Sachs International in London.
