Rina oversees the firm’s global recruiting, performance management, organizational development, benefits, and compensation programs.
Prior to joining Adams Street, Rina was Head of People, Quantitative Strategies at Citadel, where she led global talent strategy across the firm’s quantitative businesses and advised senior leadership on organizational strategy, talent management, leadership development, compensation, and team growth. Previously, she held senior human resources roles at KCG Holdings and GETCO, partnering with executive leadership on people strategy and leading key talent, culture, and change management initiatives related to the firms’ merger and integration. Her earlier experience includes human resources and professional development roles at SmithBucklin Corporation, McKinsey & Company, Huron Consulting Group, and Bain & Company.
