Our Complaints Handling Procedure
Every complaint is handled by our complaints management function. You will receive a confirmation of your complaint by email or mail. We will process your complaint and provide you with a final response within two weeks of receipt of your complaint. Should, in exceptional cases, a longer period be required, we will notify you accordingly. Processing and addressing you complaint is free of charge.
Alternative options for complaints
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you have the option to communicate your complaint to the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority – Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) – www.bafin.de – or take civil action.
