Jonathan is responsible for providing financial and accounting support for Adams Street’s registered private equity funds. His activities include financial statement preparation, cash management, partnership investment valuation, portfolio analysis, and special projects. He also supports SEC filings and works closely with internal teams and external service providers to meet regulatory and investor reporting requirements.
Prior to joining Adams Street, Jonathan was a Transaction Advisory Services Analyst at Baker Tilly. In this role, he performed detailed financial due diligence analyses for a variety of industries. Jonathan began his career at KPMG as a Senior Audit Associate.
