Dan assists with the coordination, review, and documentation of investments made by Adams Street and its managed entities. In addition, he supports the structuring and formation of pooled investment funds, and client contracts. He also advises on legal matters with respect to the daily operations of client portfolios and responds to client requests.
Prior to Adams Street, Dan was a Senior Managing Associate in the Investment Funds group at Sidley Austin LLP, where he focused on the fundraising, drafting, and negotiating of investment funds. In this role, he advised clients on the organization and operation of private funds along with legal, regulatory, structuring, governance, and transactional matters.
