Bryan supports the Primary Investment Team in all aspects of the investment decision-making process, including business due diligence, industry review, document negotiation, and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Adams Street, Bryan was an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair, where he advised middle-market software companies on M&A transactions and supported business development efforts across the technology sector.
