Zach assists with the coordination, review, and documentation of general corporate matters, including corporate structuring, investments, pooled investment funds, and client contracts. In addition, he supports the management of the daily operations of client portfolios and responds to client requests.
Prior to joining Adams Street, Zach was a Partner at Cooley, where he focused on the formation of private funds and the ongoing management and compliance activities associated with investment advisory businesses. He advised a broad range of private markets sponsors, including venture capital and buyout firms, and represented institutional investors in private equity and related investments. Previously, he was a Partner at Winston & Strawn.
