As Director of ESG and Responsible Investing, Yohan supports Adams Street’s ESG efforts across all investment strategies. He collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to analyze, measure, and report on ESG performance, as well as help to drive performance improvement.
Prior to joining Adams Street, Yohan was a Manager at S&P Global Trucost, where he played a key role in leading the development and delivery of projects designed to help companies and investors better report in line with the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). His career in the field of ESG research and sustainability spans two decades, including numerous ESG and Corporate Responsibility consulting roles.
Yohan holds a Masters degree in Environmental Technology, a Bachelors degree in Chemical and Process Engineering, and a CFA UK Level 4 Certificate in ESG Investing.
He regularly participates in industry conferences regarding ESG issues and has published several thought leadership articles on the subject.
Yohan is the Chairperson of Adams Street’s Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee.
