Xian supports fundraising and client service activities across Asia, with a primary focus on Greater China. She develops and manages relationships with institutional and private wealth investors, represents the firm’s private markets platform, and works closely with the Investor Relations, Marketing, Product Strategy, and Investment teams to support business development initiatives across the region.
Prior to joining Adams Street, Xian was a Vice President at PIMCO, where she was responsible for fundraising, client relationship management, and strategic business development for institutional clients across Asia. Previously, she was an Equity Product Strategist at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she partnered with private banks and registered investment advisors to support business development and product strategy for the firm’s equity investment platform.
