Tom joined Adams Street’s Growth Equity team in 2013 and focuses primarily on growth investments in healthcare technology.
Prior to joining Adams Street, he was a Vice President at Summit Partners, where he sourced, evaluated, and executed investments in the healthcare and technology sectors. Previously, Tom worked at The Edgewater Funds, where he assisted in investment activities including new deal generation, diligence, and portfolio company operations. His background also includes experience with JP Morgan Chase, where he was responsible for business development and credit analysis within the commercial banking segment.
Tom is a member of Adams Street’s Growth Equity Investment Committee and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.

Tom led the Growth Equity Team’s investments in Actium Health (fka SymphonyRM), BillionToOne, Included Health (fka Grand Rounds), Lyra Health, Nomad Health, Redox Engine, Reify Health, Solera Health, VillageMD and WelbeHealth.

Past Adams Street investments include BioAgilytix (acquired by Cinven), Carecloud (acquired by MTBC), Healthfinch (acquired by Health Catalyst), Maxwell Health (acquired by Sun Life), and Therapy Brands (acquired by KKR). Other investments include PeopleAdmin* (acquired by Vista Equity Partners) and Solutionreach*.
