Steve is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of Adams Street’s private equity registered fund products. He provides financial and accounting support for the firm’s private equity registered funds, including financial statement preparation, cash management, partnership investment valuations, portfolio analysis, and special projects. He also supports SEC filings and works closely with internal teams and external service providers to meet regulatory and investor reporting requirements.
Prior to joining Adams Street, Steve was a Vice President, Controller at Waud Capital Partners, where he led fund accounting and reporting across multiple private equity vehicles and related entities. Previously, he held roles at William Blair Investment Management, Northern Trust Hedge Fund Services, and Ernst & Young, with experience spanning registered funds, private funds, and global audit engagements.
