Michael is responsible for leading the finance, accounting, and tax functions across Adams Street’s funds and management company. He also oversees the firm’s operations, legal, compliance, human resources, and technology functions.
Michael began his career in public accounting before joining Goldman Sachs in 2000, where he held several senior leadership roles across finance and operations, including Managing Director, COO of GS Bank USA, and Head of Funding and Liquidity Management within Corporate Treasury. In 2017 he joined Citadel as US Treasurer and then became Deputy Global Treasurer, before joining Pagaya Technologies as CFO in 2021. He joined Adams Street in January 2024.
Michael is the Chairperson of Adams Street’s Operating Committee and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Investment Pricing Committee.
