Prior to joining Adams Street, she was a Corporate Paralegal at Valor Equity Partners, where she managed legal entity compliance and supported fund documentation, LP transactions, and NDA workflows in coordination with legal, finance, and investor relations teams. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade at JPMorgan Chase, where she held roles in legal and compliance functions supporting new market expansion, regulatory audits, and executive-level reporting.
