Andrea focuses on developing and managing Adams Street’s relationships with private wealth management firms, family offices, and platforms across the Northeastern United States.
Prior to joining Adams Street, Andrea was a Principal at Hamilton Lane, where she managed RIA, bank/trust, and family office relationships and led distribution efforts across private equity, infrastructure, secondaries, credit, and impact strategies. Previously, she was a Director at 361 Capital and held senior distribution roles at Janus Capital. She began her career as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones.
