Megan acts as a project manager, business analyst, and trainer for business and technology projects. She defines and documents business requirements, processes, and best practices, and serves as a liaison between business and technology teams.
Before assuming this role, Megan was the firm’s Head of Investment Operations.
Previously, she spent eight years with Brinson Partners, Inc., most recently as a Business Analyst in the Global Operations group. Her responsibilities included maintaining the client/portfolio database and generating various reports for use by the Legal and Finance groups.
Prior to that, Megan spent two years in Brinson’s London office supervising a team of Portfolio Administrators, responsible for daily cash reconciliation, daily FX ticket generation, and the monthly reconciliation of client portfolios. She worked for several years as a Mutual Fund Administrator and a Client Portfolio Administrator for Brinson Partners and Harris Associates, LP.
