Allison focuses on Adams Street’s global recruitment and performance management programs.
Prior to joining Adams Street, she was the Director or Human Resources at Valor Equity Partners. Her responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation, immigration, and performance management. Her previous experience also includes recruitment and human resources positions with Balyasny Asset Management and Grosvenor Capital Management.
Allison holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, a designation governed by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
Additionally, Allison is a member of Adams Street’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
