Nai supports the Private Credit Team in all aspects of the investment decision-making process, including business due diligence, industry review, document negotiation, and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Adams Street, he was a Vice President at HarbourVest Partners, where he focused on private credit investments across senior direct lending and opportunistic strategies. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at Platinum Equity, where he evaluated and executed buyout investments and supported portfolio company initiatives. He began his career as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs.
