Lucia focuses on investment strategy and portfolio construction while specializing in ESG integration across private markets. She collaborates with the global investment and investor relations teams to support the implementation and monitoring of the firm’s investment strategies, with an emphasis on sustainability and regulatory alignment.
Prior to joining Adams Street, Lucia was a Senior Associate at Federated Hermes Private Equity, where she led ESG efforts across private equity portfolios, developed firm-wide sustainability frameworks, and managed regulatory and client reporting. Her earlier experience includes serving as the Strategy and Finance Director at Edgify, a venture-backed technology firm, and consulting at Boston Consulting Group.
