Justine is responsible for all aspects of the secondary business, including strategy, investments, fundraising, and portfolio construction with a particular emphasis on venture capital secondaries.
Prior to joining Adams Street, Justine was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, formerly Industry Ventures, where she focused on secondary investments. In this role, she sourced, evaluated, and executed venture direct investments, LP secondaries, and GP-led transactions. She began her career at Goldman Sachs as an Equity Research Analyst.
