David assists with the coordination, review, and documentation of general corporate matters, including corporate structuring, investments, pooled investment funds, and client contracts. He also coordinates and documents matters relating to both partnership and direct investments made by Adams Street. In addition, he supports the management of the daily operations of client portfolios and responds to client requests.
Prior to joining the firm, David was an associate in the Investment Funds group at Sidley Austin LLP, focused on the organization and operation of private alternative investment funds. In this role, he formed private equity-style funds and commodity pools and negotiated managed account agreements for single investor funds, among many other responsibilities.
