Carolyn oversees the firm’s global recruiting, performance management, organizational development, benefits, and compensation programs.
Prior to joining Adams Street, she managed the direct hire services division of Smart Resources, a Chicago-based search firm. Before this, she was the manager of human resources at a large not-for-profit organization headquartered in Boston. Her responsibilities included recruiting, training, program development for employee activity, and incentive programs.
Carolyn is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and World at Work. She is also a member of Adams Street’s Operating Committee and Charitable Giving Committee, and Co-Chair of the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
