Bruce supports the Primary Investments Team in all aspects of the investment decision-making process, including business due diligence, industry review, document negotiation, and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Adams Street, Bruce was a Private Equity Associate at ICV Partners, where he focused on investments in business services, healthcare, and industrial sectors. His earlier experience includes roles with the Illinois House of Representatives and the Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity, as well as investment banking at Deutsche Bank and portfolio management at Brown Advisory.
