Arianne assists with the coordination, review, and documentation of investments made by Adams Street and its managed entities. In addition, she supports the structuring and formation of pooled investment funds, and client contracts. She also advises on legal matters with respect to the daily operations of client portfolios and responds to client requests.
Prior to joining Adams Street, Arianne was an Associate in the Investment Funds group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she focused on the fundraising, drafting, and negotiating of investment funds. In this role, she advised clients on the formation of private equity funds and provided counsel on a variety of matters post-fundraise.
