Andrew focuses on accounting and financial reporting functions for Adams Street’s registered private equity fund products. He supports the implementation of SEC and GAAP reporting, SOX control review, and collaboration with fund administrators, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
Prior to joining Adams Street, Andrew was a Senior Vice President at First Trust Portfolios, where he co-managed a fund accounting team and led key initiatives related to financial reporting, fund conversions, and regulatory implementation. He previously held leadership roles at Brookfield Asset Management and Northern Trust, where he supported fund launches, reporting automation, and client service across a range of alternative and registered investment products.
