Adam supports the Co-Investment Team in all aspects of the investment process, including due diligence, industry review, document negotiation, portfolio management, and monitoring.
Prior to Adams Street, Adam worked as an Investment Banking Analyst within the Restructuring & Special Situations and Debt Capital Markets Groups at Piper Sandler Companies. In this role, he prepared valuation analyses, cash flow models, and distressed debt models for sell-side and buy-side M&A, leveraged buyouts, restructuring, and debt financing deals.
