CHICAGO, IL – January 18, 2022 – Adams Street Partners, LLC, a private markets investment firm with more than $49 billion under management, today announced the promotions of seven professionals to Partner and nine professionals to Principal, effective January 1, 2022. The promotions follow a year in which Adams Street was again recognized as a “Best Place to Work,” opened a new office in Austin, Texas, and saw significant growth in the number of clients across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Partner Promotions
Matt Autrey specializes in leveraged buyouts and growth capital investments, mainly in the small to mid-market. He has also served on Limited Partner Advisory Boards of several private equity firms within Adams Street’s portfolio. Matt also serves on the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
Chris Cho focuses on the development and maintenance of institutional client and consultant relationships in South Korea. He also works closely with clients in the management of their portfolios and aids in the development and monitoring of their private equity programs.
Brian Dudley focuses primarily on growth investments in Enterprise Software, Fintech, Cloud Infrastructure, and Consumer companies. Since joining Adams Street, he has been involved in +20 investments and numerous boards. He led Adams Street’s investments in ClassDojo, Remote, and Robinhood, and worked on the firm’s investments in Aircall, Alation, Fivetran, GoCardless, Hopin, Homeward, Orca Security, Sorare, Snyk, amongst others.
Alex Kessel is a member of the Co-Investments Team with a specific focus on leveraged buyout and growth equity co-investments. He joined the Co-Investments Team in 2017 after close to a decade of private equity experience, with a particular focus in healthcare PE. Alex is a member of the Co-Investments Investment Committee.
Michael Taylor is a member of the Co-Investment Team. He joined the Adams Street Co-Investment Team in 2020 after spending eight years as a member of the Adams Street Primary Investment Team.
Benjamin Wallwork is a member of the Co-Investment Team with a specific focus on leveraged buyout and growth equity co-investments. He is a member of Adams Street’s Co-Investment Committee, Portfolio Construction Committee, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee.
Scott White focuses on the development and enhancement of institutional client and consultant relationships in the United States and Canada. He works closely with many Adams Street Partners’ clients including multi‐employer Taft‐Hartley Plans, Public/Corporate pensions, foundations, endowments, and family offices.
