Valencia is primarily responsible for the coordination and documentation of matters relating to the closing of primary and secondary partnership investments made by Adams Street Partners' clients. She is also responsible for the maintenance of the Adams Street Trust, a registered investment company, and the formation of its series and facilitating the review and execution of partnership amendments as well as other miscellaneous responsibilities.
