As general counsel, Mike is responsible for maintaining the Firm's regulatory relationships, regulatory compliance, corporate structure, investments, pooled investment funds and client contracts. He is also responsible for the coordination and documentation of matters relating to primary and secondary partnership investments made by Adams Street Partners, LLC as investment advisor. In addition, he assists in the management of the daily operations of client portfolios and responds to client requests.
