Lynn M. Hayden

As the Investment Controller for Adams Street Partners, Lynn is responsible for managing the Investment Accounting Team and overseeing financial/administrative functions relating to commingled funds. Her responsibilities include the review of accounting records, oversight of audit and tax return preparation, analysis of investment valuations, examination of cash management and compilation of information for the Investment Committee. In addition, she serves as point-person for client inquiries and requests and oversees correspondence related to client investment transactions.

Lynn is a certified public accountant.
